you are treating even the cases having advanced pathological lesions, while such cases are supposed to be incurabel in all the therapeutic systems.
One medicine for one sign (Raised creatinine or urea etc.) definitely cannot root out the cause that may be diabetes, hypertension, medicinal (use of painkillers) or some autoimmune disorder etc.
For example if a XYZ is curing a diabetic nephropathy means it should cure Diabetes also. Similarly, if it is effective in all Nephropathies means it should be effective in all diseases that may cause renal failure.

My name is Pavan (29yrs).I have diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy with > 50% chronicity.
My latest blood and urine routine and CBC shows these below parameters:
RBC COUNT = 4.4 million/cu.mm
HEAMOGLOBIN = 12.2 g/dl
haematocrit (PCV) = 36.0 %
routine urine analysis
protein/albumin = Present 3+
red blood cells = 20-30 hpf
Urine Protein RAND = 279.1 mg/dl

Renal Panel - I
BUN = 37 mg.dl
serum bicarbonate = 20.1
serum creatinine = 3.4 mg/dl

Hello Doctor, currently my kidney is functioning well and right now I do not have any kidney function problem.
But, during my recent health check up, i was told that I have simple small bilateral renal cysts (1 in right kidney and 5-6 in left kidney).
